Training Services

The Training Services team uses the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology based on the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) Process Model. We efficiently tailor comprehensive instructional programs designed to solve our customers’ most complex challenges to deliver increased productivity and improve organizational agility. Allen offers a full range of learning capabilities to increase performance and to identify the most cost-effective strategies to meet the unique training needs of the Federal Government, U.S. Military, and commercial corporations. Our solutions leverage Allen’s entire depth of experience to support customers in their transition from traditional classroom courses to e-Learning initiatives. We have a highly talented team of instructional systems designers, graphic artists, and technical programmers for custom courseware development. Our training solutions include a state-of-the-art Web-based portal for on-demand customer access to project status, training storyboards, and development content, and a complete training program management tool. The Allen Corporation’s total solution training capabilities include:

Allen is proud to be one of a select few companies that support Federal and state training and human performance requirements through the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training Management Assistance (TMA) Contract. Customers supported under this contract include the Federal Aviation Administration, Defense Security Services, Washington Headquarters Services, Transportation Security Administration, and many more. Allen also has developed more than 400 hours of SCORM-conformant Section 508-compliant courseware for the Department of Veteran Affairs.
