SUMMARY: Individual is responsible for conducting evaluations, training, assistance and instruction to soldiers. Individual must have a high degree of technical and management expertise and shall provide resident staff logistics expertise, training and instruction in the following logistics disciplines: CSDP and LIW.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Required to assemble and develop training and lesson plans,
• Conduct special research projects related to supply and maintenance issues,
• Conduct formal classes, presentations and briefings.
• Instruct personnel (operators through Commanders) on all faucets of Command Supply Discipline Programs and property accountability.
• Participate in the division’s Organizational Inspection Program during the conduct of Command Inspections (CIPs) and Operational Readiness Surveys (ORSs).
• Edit and compose written correspondence, documents and reports, deliver briefings in preparation for or at the completion of evaluations, training or assistance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Desiring a former SSG / SFC 92Y that has extensive work experience in unit supply rooms and PBUSE. Must have knowledge of Staff functions as it relates to property accountability. Must have the ability to work with unit command team to fix issues. Experience: 5-10 years experience (20 preferred) as a Unit supply Specialists 92Y.

SUMMARY: The part-time Flight Program Service Center (FPSC) Instructor Pilot will, as part of a flight operations team, provide Instruction and checkrides within the FAA’s established King Air turboprop Event Base Currency (EBC) Program as well as providing both Initial and Recurrent training in both the C90 and C90 GTi King Air turboprop aircraft.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Specific tasks to be performed by the Instructor Pilot include but are not limited to the following:
• Conduct flight training as a certified Instructor Pilot within the FPSC Program in the King Air C90 and C90 GTi aircraft.
• Flying as Pilot in Command (PIC) on all FAA flights within the FPSC Program.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the aircraft systems, normal and emergency procedures and operational techniques, including experience in evaluation of multiengine turboprop pilots.
• Conduct ground school, pre-flight and post-flight briefings and presentations.
• Create and modify documents using FAA provided documentation.
• Utilize teamwork, communication and time management skills while multitasking in a fast paced flight operations environment.
• Preparing special and recurring reports as required.
• Support FPSC flight operations staff as required in assigned project based work.
• Advises supervisor of any critical issues to ensure quality support services to the FAA.
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: B.S. in Aviation Operations, or related field and three years of closely related experience or High School Diploma and Technical School training and five years of closely related programming experience.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must capable to exercise independent judgment in the resolution of flight operations situations in a timely manner.
• Prior experience in a fast paced flight line office and flight operations environment.
• Extremely detail oriented, precise, organized and able to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple flight operations projects simultaneously.
• Must be punctual in all aspects of job performance.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office for completion of standard report and forms as required by the FAA.

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE: Allen provided pilots/instructors must successfully conform to the established standards required by the FAA and Allen will ensure each instructor pilot has as at minimum the following flight certifications and hours:
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours as AMEL CFI of which 100 hours was in a Turboprop aircraft
• Minimum 500 hours of turboprop King Air flight time
• Minimum 200 hours as PIC of a multiengine turboprop aircraft
• Minimum of 50 hours of turboprop instructor time in the past 24 months.
• All instructors must maintain a second class medical certificate and meet the required flight currency stated in FAA Order 4040.9 as condition of employment.
• Must pass an initial flight check conducted by FAA personnel as a condition for employment and thereafter successfully complete and annual check ride.
• Must have experience with multi-engine glass cockpits, Collins ProLine 21 experience is a plus.
• Must have Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) and Multi-engine Instructor (MEI) ratings.
• All Instructor pilots will complete an initial and annual flight check conducted by the FAA AFS Flight Program Office and documented on FAA Form 4040-2 and will be designated to perform the instructor pilot job assignment on FAA Form 4040-7 prior to assuming pilot-in-command duties in FAA aircraft. It is anticipated that the initial flight check conducted by the FAA will include verification of the instructor's flight times through a pilot logbook review.
• All Allen pilots/instructors will comply with specific procedures for the operation of Flight Standards aircraft and that each currency/proficiency and/or Initial/Recurrent flight must be authorized by the AFS Flight Program Office and documented on FAA Form 4040-6 prior to flight.

Position Title: Logistics Analyst I -Maintenance (02-2011-005)   [Apply for this Position]

SUMMARY: Receive and analyze maintenance and supply related data from COMET teams to recognize and evaluate trends and issues with regards to STAMIS training, unit RESET assistance, LBE procedures, new equipment fielding and training, The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and maintenance operations. Develop and recommend best maintenance management practices to correct all problem areas for the FORSCOM G-4. Conduct onsite assistant and evaluation visits to units Brigade size and below to evaluate and train in the areas of TAMMS, shop operations, STAMIS's (ULLS-G, SAMS-E), TMDE, HAZMAT, recycling, corrosion control, AOAP, tool control, PMCS and command maintenance procedures (SOP's). Evaluate unit submissions for Maintenance Excellence (AAME). Evaluate Army Programs, policies and procedures with relation to maintenance management, supply, TMDE (Equipment calibration) and transportation to assist in developing FORSCOM's policies and procedures to streamline logistical support. Review Army doctrine in the areas of maintenance and supply operations, Safety of Use Messages, Maintenance Advisory Messages and Ground Precautionary Messages.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Conducts maintenance unit assistance visits
• Assist unit Logistic STAMIS operation (SAMS-E), TAMMS, validate unit maintenance database and procedures.
• Provide data collection and verification as equipment processes through reconstitution/reset with assistance of unit property and supply personnel.
• Compiles logistic reports from SAMS-E, other STAMIS and/or sources.
• Review and interpret maintenance data and provide recommendations to unit commander and maintenance personnel
• Monitor maintenance functions for quality control, quality assurance, and production control to ensure Army maintenance standards are achieved.
• Assist in the reestablishment and maintaining critical maintenance programs such as Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), Army Oil Analysis (AOAP).
• Conduct training on maintenance operation and procedures as required.
