PBX System Services

TPX Systems and Services

Allen Corporation is the authorized Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for the Alcatel TPX 1100 Packet Switching product family. We provide hardware and software maintenance for these legacy X.25 and frame relay systems.

Alcatel selected Allen Corporation to provide global customer support under an agreement that began September 30, 2003. We provide software, systems and spare parts for:

• TP4000 X.25 and Frame Relay Switching Systems
• TP3000 and TP8000 Access Concentration Systems
