In January 2004, Allen Corporation became the first company in the U.S. to receive HP’s Authorized Services Management Partner – Software (ASMP-S) authorization for OpenView.  This designation permits Allen Corporation to offer Allen-branded OpenView support directly to its customers. The qualification criteria for ASMP-S status is very stringent, requiring a support staff with exceptional knowledge of the HP OpenView product suite, and real-world experience in the implementation, administration, and operations phases of enterprise management. As HP stated in awarding the ASMP-S authorization to Allen Corporation, a company’s designation as an HP OpenView Service Integrator reflects that company’s status as the “Elite of the Elite OpenView Resellers”.
